Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and scan packages efficiently to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in compliance with all safety protocols.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to maximize space and retrieval efficiency.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to prevent errors.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to OSHA and company safety standards.
- Collaborate with the shift lead to meet daily productivity and throughput goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shifts only).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory (on-the-job training provided).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy (inventory software experience is a plus).
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
