Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move products.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using our WMS (Warehouse Management System) to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe at all times to comply with OSHA regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
