Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks in a safe and organized manner.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational guidelines provided by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counts and scanning.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing schedules.
