Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders efficiently.
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks using manual or powered equipment.
- Organize inventory stock and ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, safe, and organized.
- Verify product accuracy against packing slips and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in maintaining equipment safety and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy (ability to read a screen or handheld device).
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Reliable transportation to the Miami, FL facility.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
