Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package shipments according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift, pallet jack) with proper certification
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and OSHA standards
- Assist with loading/unloading of trucks in all weather conditions
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or shift work experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/nights/holidays)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Positive attitude and commitment to team collaboration
