Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Sort, pack, and prepare products for shipment to ensure accuracy and speed.
- Organize warehouse aisles and storage areas to maintain a safe and productive workspace.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Milwaukee facility.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to read work tickets and labels.
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
