Responsibilities
- Execute the loading, unloading, and staging of freight in a timely and accurate manner.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks on incoming inventory and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including scanning and labeling.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
