Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Load and unload trailers, verifying cargo against shipping documents.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification within 30 days of employment.
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
