Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders and prepare them for timely delivery.
- Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and warehouse protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse aisles clear and organized to ensure efficient workflow.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trailers and delivery trucks using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable method of transportation and a history of punctuality.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
