The Role:
As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly during peak times. You will interact with a diverse range of clients and contribute directly to our company's success.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the efficient loading, unloading, and sorting of packages and inventory.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and according to guidelines.
- Ensure the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing shipments by verifying documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors on-site.
- Perform light data entry and reporting tasks as required by the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with some flexibility for overtime.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami facility.
