Responsibilities
- Load, unload, sort, and stage merchandise for shipment using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain accurate stock records in the WMS system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage during the picking and packing process.
- Assist in maintaining a high rate of productivity and efficiency targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for long periods.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Memphis facility.
