Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily quotas.
- Load and unload freight trucks safely, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline warehouse operations during peak weekend periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for qualified applicants.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
