Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Execute picking, packing, and verifying orders with high accuracy to meet client demands.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Load and unload freight trucks in a timely manner.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Louisville facility.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
