Responsibilities
- Efficient Order Processing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate standard warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after training.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to meet daily targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for the right candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable access to transportation to and from the facility.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read labels, barcodes, and perform basic inventory checks.
