Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 100% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Sort, tag, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanners.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to the Columbus, OH facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
