Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring cargo is handled with care.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick items from inventory and prepare packages for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all shipping labels are correctly applied.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory and shipping duties.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team leads and fellow workers.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
