Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently manage the loading and unloading of freight trucks and delivery vehicles.
- Inventory Control: Accurately scan, track, and organize inventory to ensure stock levels meet operational demands.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure workplace.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, with precision and care.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all orders are prepared correctly before dispatch.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
