Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and inventory control procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to minimize hazards and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
