Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems efficiently.
- Load and unload trailers using powered industrial equipment (Forklift/Pallet Jack).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments as directed.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays (required).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Dallas facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
