Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Organize, pack, and prepare shipments for delivery with a focus on accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to training.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read pick tickets.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays as scheduled.
