Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping according to customer specifications and safety guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Material Handling: Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before dispatch.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to read and follow safety instructions.
