Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Ensure all products are accurately labeled and packaged to meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) safely and responsibly.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Louisville facility.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
