Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks and containers according to strict safety protocols.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and report any damages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
