Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and stock management to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline workflows and improve overall productivity.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday as part of a full-time schedule.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
