Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Control: Assist with stock replenishment, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and fellow associates to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling merchandise and data entry.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
