Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight: Safely handle merchandise using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Inventory Management: Scan and organize stock to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Packaging: Properly pack and label orders for shipment to customers.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and cleaning of warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times.
- Team Support: Assist fellow team members to ensure daily targets are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
