Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to protocol.
- Perform inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy using scanning systems.
- Inspect products for damage and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
