Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain organized storage areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided upon hire).
- Shipping & Receiving: Process inbound and outbound shipments efficiently and inspect for damage.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to safety protocols and identify any operational discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and consistent work history.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Communication: Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow safety guidelines and instructions.
