Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and performing regular inventory counts.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order correctness.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid ID and be authorized to work in the United States.
