Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and logistics processes during weekend shifts to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage and mentor a team of 5-10 warehouse and logistics staff members.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure all safety protocols and compliance regulations are strictly followed on the warehouse floor.
- Coordinate with the weekday management team to prepare for upcoming shifts and relay critical operational updates.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or operations role within the logistics or retail industry.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday as part of a full-time schedule.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
