Responsibilities
- Execute daily packing and sorting tasks with speed and accuracy to meet daily production targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure proper labeling and storage of all goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all company safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and handle customer orders efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, verifying shipments against delivery receipts.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required, with availability for early morning shifts.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control in all tasks.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
