Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) safely and efficiently according to OSHA guidelines.
- Receive, inspect, and sort incoming inventory with 99.9% accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using proper packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock integrity.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and understand pick lists.
- Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Must have a valid driver's license or reliable personal transportation.
