Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using scanning equipment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load & Unload: Assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently during shift changes.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; entry-level candidates with strong drive are encouraged to apply.
