Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently for shipping.
- Truck Loading: Assist in loading outbound trucks and verify shipment contents.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe workspace and adhere to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery.
- Cycle Counts: Perform regular inventory audits to reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning equipment (RF scanners) is a plus.
- Reliability: Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
