Responsibilities
- Perform accurate inbound and outbound inventory processing to maintain stock accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and package orders efficiently for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while adhering to strict timeframes.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
