Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare: Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using standard packaging materials and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control processes, including stock checks, receiving shipments, and organizing warehouse aisles.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and hand trucks to move materials.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet our quality standards before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily targets and maintain an efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow instructions and complete paperwork.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a history of punctuality.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on tasks and maintain accuracy in fast-paced environments.
