Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and package orders for delivery using appropriate packaging materials.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock rotation to prevent spoilage or obsolescence.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve daily operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
