Responsibilities
- Fulfill Orders: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems (certification provided upon hiring).
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy in the warehouse system.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to ensure efficient workflow during peak times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work a full-time weekend schedule (Friday through Sunday).
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Documentation: Ability to provide valid government-issued identification and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
