Responsibilities
- Stock Shelves: Maintain an organized, well-stocked sales floor by restocking products accurately and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Assist with periodic inventory counts and organization of stockrooms.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Merchandising: Rotate stock to ensure freshness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and stock areas clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Cart Management: Collect and return shopping carts in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional weekdays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to show up on time every shift.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic math for handling transactions and inventory counts.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Experience: Previous retail or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
