Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts during high-traffic weekends.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service to drive sales.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Process transactions and handle cash or digital payments with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with the floor team to meet daily performance targets and KPIs.
- Perform basic cleaning and restocking duties as required by store policy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, warehousing, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong reliability and punctuality record; attendance is critical.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as needed.
