Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Administer medications and treatments according to protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Respond to emergencies and urgent patient needs promptly
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Support patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Current RN/LVN/CNA license in California
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in acute care
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends as needed
