Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences during peak weekend hours
- Manage cash transactions and POS systems accurately
- Maintain venue cleanliness and safety standards

- Adhere to all alcohol service and compliance protocols
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Must be available weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) with flexible scheduling
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Louisiana alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be 21+ for alcohol service positions
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
