Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during peak weekend hours
- Manage venue operations including seating, inventory, and cleanliness
- Process payments and handle POS transactions accurately
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless service
- Resolve guest inquiries and maintain positive ambiance
- Adhere to safety protocols and health regulations
- Assist in weekend event setup and breakdown
Qualifications
- Available exclusively Saturdays and Sundays (no weekday shifts)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Basic POS system knowledge or willingness to learn
- Valid food handler certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville
- Ability to stand for extended periods
