Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during weekend shifts, including vital sign monitoring and medication administration
- Assist providers with clinical procedures and maintain accurate electronic health records
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure efficient clinic operations during high-volume weekend hours
- Deliver exceptional patient communication and education in a fast-paced setting
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols and maintain strict confidentiality standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless continuity of care
Qualifications
- Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a weekend environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse patient populations
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
