Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations including inventory management and staff coordination
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving inquiries efficiently
- Execute visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns
- Train and mentor new weekend team members on company protocols
- Monitor sales performance and implement upselling strategies
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and compliance regulations
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
- Available for all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday, 8am-8pm)
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible to work additional hours during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent required
