Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend retail operations including staffing, inventory, and customer experience
- Train and mentor weekend team members on company standards and procedures
- Resolve customer escalations and maintain service excellence
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to meet weekend targets
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and loss prevention protocols
- Coordinate with weekday management for seamless operations handover
- Conduct end-of-day reporting and performance analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years in retail or hospitality management experience
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume weekend settings
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Available to work weekends and holidays without exception
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., Square, Shopify)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for Miami market
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
