As a Weekend Shift Supervisor, you'll lead our front-of-house operations during peak Saturday and Sunday hours, ensuring exceptional service and team coordination. Responsibilities
- Manage weekend shift operations including staff scheduling, inventory checks, and quality control
- Lead and mentor 5-8 team members during peak weekend hours
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service escalations with professionalism
- Execute opening/closing procedures and maintain safety standards
- Collaborate with management to optimize weekend workflows
- Train new staff on service protocols and brand standards
- Monitor sales performance and suggest upselling opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Proven ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Texas Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
