Responsibilities
- Lead weekend teams of 5-8 staff members during peak business hours
- Manage daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and customer service
- Train new hires on company protocols and safety procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
- Monitor sales performance and implement promotional strategies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare end-of-day reports and shift summaries
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-6PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management
- Valid Washington state food handler/serving permit (if applicable)
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
