Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend retail staff (8-12 team members)
- Execute daily store operations including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues
- Monitor sales performance and implement weekend-specific promotions
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operations handover
- Analyze weekend sales data and report performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail supervisory experience
