About the Role:
As a Weekend Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store operates smoothly during peak weekend hours. You will lead a team of part-time associates, manage inventory, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow during weekend shifts to ensure efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to meet sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints effectively.
- Manage inventory levels, stock shelves, and execute merchandising plans.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and safe for all customers and staff.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and balance the register at the end of the shift.
- Collaborate with management to implement store policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must pass a background check.
